may file a report of any incident or practice which may violate PRA’s
Privacy Policy. These reports will be kept confidential, to the extent
permitted under law and in a manner consistent with the goals of conducting
a meaningful investigation. Only those people specifically authorized to
conduct investigations into reports registered here will see the information
submitted. All information submitted here will be delivered to PRA’s Privacy
Officer, who will follow up promptly. Any investigations which result from
reports filed here will be conducted by PRA’s Quality Assurance Department.
