Within the Project Management Group (PMG), PRA’s Service Delivery Model ensures the needs of our clients are met by utilizing best in class project management solutions coupled with senior operational oversight and therapeutic leadership. Essential to this approach is the assignment of high performing project teams that are led by our Directors of Project Delivery (DPDs). The DPDs provide senior oversight to our client’s portfolios, and are ultimately responsible for PRA’s delivery of a project or a suite of projects. The DPD focuses on operational execution and serves as the point of escalation for the project manager/director and their teams. It is the DPD’s responsibility to oversee that deliverables are met and to work with project teams to facilitate solutions.
In addition to leading PRA’s high performing project teams and managing the client relationship at an organizational level, the DPD also ensures that the client’s needs are visible and addressed at a corporate level. The DPDs are seasoned operational experts with a focus in at least one of PRA’s core areas of therapeutic expertise. By assigning these leaders to a client’s project or portfolio, PRA ensures a consistent level of operational acumen. When coupled with our in-house therapeutic expertise, this approach will produce the quality deliverables that our clients expect, on time and on budget.
While the DPDs are focused on our clients’ portfolios and delivering excellence, a dedicated team of project management professionals supports the “Service” needs of the PMG. This team of project management experts ensures that the best candidates are selected as project managers/directors, and they provide training, onboarding, and support to help new hires acclimate to the PRA Project Management Methodology.
