PRA’s late phase-dedicated Study Coordinating Center™ (SCC) has been designed to provide any of the major languages required by a particular study. The SCC group is comprised of dedicated, multi-lingual Site Management Associates (SMAs), who are trained to develop a relationship with participating physicians to maximize active participation across each study. This approach maintains a single point of contact for participating physicians and their staff throughout the life of the study.
The core functions of our SCC are:
- Maintenance of site motivation
- Promotion of patient retention
- Support of data quality through ongoing data review and query management
Our SCC and SMAs are designed to maintain and bond every aspect of the study together throughout its lifetime.
